We've been up to a lot lately...
I've tried to re-make Pinkberry here:
(not nearly as good...but ok.)
We went to that lunch time concert in the park that I mentioned in the previous post...the weather was...well, take a look:But the show was just great and well worth the few rain drops.
I changed my hair, yet again. It's a process, still a bit orangey-yellow but it'll get there:
Hazel was in a wedding over the weekend. Kathie came by to make her hair oh-so-beautiful:
(also a process.)
Hazel had to be at the chapel and hour and a half before the wedding...she's not so good at waiting:
She made it through the wedding just fine...no tripping, no falling...but she let it all hang out afterwards during the picture taking time:
The reception was nice...all she really wanted to do was dance, dance, dance:
Today we had a bit of a family reunion. My grandma Mid came to town with my Uncle Bob and Aunt Claudia so my Aunt Emma and Uncle Ken brought them all over for a nice family dinner. Kat and Justin and Emma's son Benny rounded us all out for a Reynolds dinner. We broached such topics as boils, hives and scabies...it was great fun!
So now we face another week of summer. Will the sun come back? It's been raining like Ca-razy...especially for the summer...ahhh...Seattle.

dying to see more of that hair....
yes, let's see more of your hair! loving that color, how exciting! and please tell hazel she looked very beautiful at the wedding.
oh, nice! i realized i could see your hair up close by clicking on the family picture. the color looks great with your eyes and skin coloring. VERY pretty, girlfriend!
I love that hair color. Love the orangey-strawberry transition phase on the way to platinum! It seems to happen by accident but i think it's a very happy accident. Hazel looks adorable in her flower girl dress. How fun to have family in town! (for a short while, anyway :)
Did I call you in the middle of that last photo?
oh wow, yeah, the hair looks awesome in that last pic :)
did you just freeze yogurt? hmmmm pinkberry now you got me thinking about it!
and your hair OMG! it looks so cool! I want to see a full on picture!
how fun to have the fam over. Was this the first time Grandma Mid saw your house?
Mike, yup...i sat down right after you called.
Tania, i didn't realize that you could see a bigger version of the picture if you clicked on it...thanks for the tip!
Amy, didn't get that crazy with the yogurt...just had plain yogurt with the cereal and bananas and blueberries...fresh and wonderful.
this was indeed the first time Grandma Mid has been to our house. she thought it was lovely. we had a nice visit.
Steph, i do wish the hair could be a bit more platinum right now but i'm alright with the orange/yellow/whiteness of it for now...
it's only hair after all.
Woah- both blonde??? Crazy timing!
I love your "it's only hair" philosophy. My coworker asked for a trim off her long hair and they took of about 2 inches and she cried in her cubicle for a few hours...we were like "did someone die? Oh...you got an extra inch cut off?"
MMMMM...Scabies and Boils. Aunt Emma looks great. And Uncle Bob looks like Dad. So wierd.
same mannerisms as dad too...smiles a bit more than dad though. aunt claudia was there too...looks like grandma's sister!
talk about weird.
